There comes a time when we have to penalize people for being too damn fat. Go to a movie theater, sporting event, the bus, the subway, or on a plane and you will see them. You are inevitably stuck behind them while walking in a mall or at the food store and have no way to pass. We have all been inconvenienced by fat people at least once a month.
