Judging from the positioning I'm assuming that the hamster cage is a glass aquarium. The stance is pretty much them mid motion of trying to climb up the glass wall.
Pretty much every hamster I've owned or observed at a pet shop did this repeatedly at some point.
Still, two of them doing it right next to each other... Very good picture.
