A man has been charged after the grandfather of a baby mauled to death by two Rottweilers was badly hurt and his partner killed in a knife attack. The 26-year-old suspect will appear in court on Tuesday accused of murder and assault causing grievous bodily harm. He was arrested along with a woman of twenty who was later released.
