HERSHEY, Pa. - The Hershey Co. is halting production of Ice Breakers Pacs in response to criticism that the mints look too much like illegal street drugs, the company's president and chief executive officer said Thursday.

A Mister Softee driver who dished up pot and cocaine along with the ice cream was busted in his truck outside a Queens school yesterday, police said.

I been here for 40 years and ain't never would've thought Mister Softee was dealing drugs. Not Mister Softee.

Price said he would ask the Dallas City Council to make it illegal to wear the baggy pants by either drawing up a new ordinance, or by adding the ban to an existing ordinance related to public lewdness. "If all citizens, regardless of race or gender, understand in the city of Dallas, we refuse to let you walk around with pants showing your buttocks, that's a message for all people," he said.

All people wearing baggy pants with their boxers showing are drug-dealing criminals.
